E-Relatives — Health Management Platform
Blood, doctors, medicine and ambulances in one app.
The problem
In an emergency people juggle separate channels — a Facebook group for blood, phone calls for ambulances, a clinic queue for appointments. E-Relatives puts those into a single account with the user's documents already attached.
A consumer health platform that brings blood requests, doctor appointments, medicine, and emergency services into one place.
What I built
Blood requests
Users post a need with group and location; matching donors are notified and can respond directly.
Health documents
Upload prescriptions, reports and test results so history is available at the next appointment.
Doctor search & appointments
Find doctors by specialty and book against real schedules with confirmation.
Medicine requests
Request medicines and track the fulfilment status from the dashboard.
Ambulance dispatch
An emergency request flow designed for the fewest possible taps.

Urgency-first UX
Blood and ambulance requests happen under stress. I stripped those flows down to the minimum required fields and made them reachable from anywhere in the app.

Sensitive data
Health documents and donor details needed strict access scoping so only the owner and the intended responder could see them.

Many features, one coherent product
Five loosely related services can feel like five apps. A shared dashboard and consistent request pattern kept it as one product.
My contribution
